Berry Blast Smoothie

Serves: 4   Prep Time 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • ½ pineapple, cubed
  • ½ c frozen or fresh berries
  • 5 ½ ounces coconut cream
  • 5-7 dates
  • 1 ½ frozen bananas
  • 2 tsp powdered wheat & barley grass
  • 1 tsp blackcurrent powder
  • 3 tsp bee pollen
  • ½ c aloe vera juice or coconut water
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, with the liquid on the bottom and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!!
