- Free range bones (lamb and beef are the best but chicken is good too) * The best choice bones are joints or ones with cartilage
- 4L water or enough to cover bones
- Veggies ends for additional flavor
- Optional spices: cardamom, cloves, peppercorn, cinnamon stick, bay leaves
Cook in slow cooker on low for 24-48 hours (or low boil for 6-8 hours on the stove)
