Bone Broth

  • Free range bones (lamb and beef are the best but chicken is good too) * The best choice bones are joints or ones with cartilage
  • 4L water or enough to cover bones
  • Veggies ends for additional flavor
  • Optional spices: cardamom, cloves, peppercorn, cinnamon stick, bay leaves


Cook in slow cooker on low for 24-48 hours (or low boil for 6-8 hours on the stove)

Use instead of water to make rice, stirfry, quinoa, soup, or drink it as a hot drink! Especially helpful for healing the gut, improving the immune system, protecting the joints and so much more!
